Clean Room Assembly

The assembly premises in our company are divided into Aerospace Assembly Rooms, where aircraft instruments are completed, and Clean Room Assembly where assemblies primarily for use in the electron microscope industry are completed. Assemblies and parts used in this field are characterised by high purity requirements because of their use in a high vacuum environment.

Our Clean Room Assembly consists of a main assembly room, a room with a cleaning line, a pre-cleaning room, changing and cleaning rooms. An airconditioning system is installed providing controlled airflow with a pressure gradient, an electrically grounded floor, all surfaces are treated with an antistatic coating and other building modifications have been provided in order to comply with ISO 14644 in purity class 7 (10,000 dust particles per 1 Cu.ft).
